Use of the service

You may use Toolsnest for any lawful purpose, whether personal or commercial, free of charge. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, overload it with automated traffic, reverse-engineer it for malicious ends, or use it to process content you do not have the right to process.

Your files and content

Nearly all tools run entirely in your browser, so the files and text you work with stay on your own device and are not uploaded to us. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own backups. Toolsnest does not claim any ownership over your content.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to keep the tools accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that every result will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify important output — especially for legal, financial, medical or engineering decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolsnest and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
